Buckingham Management, LLC, was established in 1991, initially to provide management oversight for Buckingham's owned portfolio. As appropriate fee-management opportunities presented themselves that were closely aligned with the company's objectives and mission, Buckingham Management, LLC, selectively expanded its portfolio. Buckingham currently manages approximately 80 properties totaling over 13,000 units in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Michigan.

The Buckingham team includes a talented core of professionals with industry-recognized designations and certifications. The management staff has experience in overseeing a broad range of product types: conventional, market-rate properties, senior retirement housing, condominium associations, mixed-use communities, Section 42 properties, and government-assisted housing.

Senior and middle-management team members have expertise delivering management services to a diverse client base: publicly traded entities including REITs, life insurance companies, non-profits, pension funds, investment advisors, TICs, and REO departments of lending institutions.
